Gary Pollard has called Houston, Texas home since 1984. Prior to transitioning to the Real Estate industry, he achieved a successful 23 year career in the insurance and financial services industry, owning offices around Houston and other metropolitan areas in Texas. During that time Gary became very familiar with the greater Houston markets including Katy, Sugarland, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Pearland, Memorial and inside the Loop. Gary Pollard realized the inevitable long-term growth and development in the greater Houston area and began buying investment properties in 2015. His love for Real Estate grew rapidly, and he saw the opportunity to bring his acquired skills and experience into working with people to help them achieve their personal real estate goals. Gary provides a highly personalized, client-centric experience.
